We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – RTR to lead financial accounting and reporting operations. The ideal candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in Record to Report processes, hands-on SAP expertise, and solid leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (RTR) operations, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial activities.
- Oversee general ledger accounting, month-end and year-end closing, and financial reporting.
- Manage account reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, and intercompany transactions.
- Drive process standardization, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage SAP for financial accounting, reporting, and process management.
- Lead and mentor teams, monitor performance metrics, and ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and business teams to resolve complex financial issues.
- Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and improve process efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Qualified CA is mandatory.
- Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on SAP experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in RTR, financial accounting, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Proven leadership and team management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Maximum Budget: 30 LPA
- Candidates must be open to travelling to client locations as required.
- CA Inter and semi-qualified CA profiles will not be considered.
