Role Description The Senior Manager – Pharmacy (New Setups & Compliance) is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, establishing, and operationalizing new pharmacy setups, ensuring timely launch and adherence to organizational standards. The person in this position will develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures, oversee regulatory and statutory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation for audits and inspections.

Day-to-day activities include supervising pharmacy operations, managing inventory and procurement, monitoring prescription handling, and coordinating with pharmacy technicians and other clinical teams to ensure safe and efficient medication services.

The Senior

Manager – Pharmacy will also drive process improvement,



train staff on best practices and compliance requirements, and support customer-focused service delivery aligned with Hindustan Wellness’s preventive care model.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Pharmacy operations, including experience managing dispensaries or clinical pharmacies and leading new pharmacy setups.
- Knowledge of prescription management and medication safety practices, ensuring accurate dispensing, record-keeping, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Experience supervising pharmacy technicians, including training, performance oversight, and workflow optimization in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to address queries, resolve issues, and support a patient-centric experience.
- Understanding of compounding processes, quality standards, and applicable regulations related to preparation of customized medications.
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance for pharmacies, including familiarity with national and state pharmacy laws, licensing requirements, and audit procedures.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) from a recognized institution; valid professional registration as required by local regulations.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in pharmacy management, with specific exposure to setting up new pharmacies and handling compliance functions.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with medical, operations, and administrative teams.
