About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Public Relations to lead client servicing and strategic communications for BFSI clients. The ideal candidate should have strong media relations, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the BFSI landscape.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategic PR and communication plans for BFSI clients.
- Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key media stakeholders.
- Drive media outreach, press releases, interviews, story placements, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Identify industry trends and news opportunities to strengthen clients’ media presence.
- Develop communication strategies based on client briefs and business objectives.




- Monitor media coverage, analyse campaign performance, and prepare reports.
- Handle crisis communication and reputation management initiatives.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
- Mentor team members and oversee deliverables and quality standards.

Requirements

- 6–8 years of experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or Strategic Communications.
- Prior experience handling BFSI clients is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of banking, financial services, insurance, and fintech.
- Excellent media relations and client servicing skills.
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies and secure quality media coverage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, meet deadlines, and lead teams effectively.
