Job Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and technology-focused Senior Manager – IT & Digital Transformation to lead technology strategy, automation, and digital transformation across multiple business operations and markets.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in implementing scalable technology solutions, integrating enterprise systems, leveraging AI and analytics, and improving operational efficiency through digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technology and digital transformation roadmap across business operations, central functions, and multiple markets.
- Identify and automate high-impact processes across Operations, Procurement, Inventory, Finance, HR, and Supply Chain.
- Drive integration and optimisation of POS, ERP, CRM, loyalty programmes, ordering and delivery platforms, inventory systems, workforce management, and enterprise applications.
- Leverage AI, automation, business intelligence, and data analytics to enhance productivity, decision-making, and cost efficiency.
- Develop real-time dashboards and management information systems to improve business visibility and performance monitoring.
- Lead technology implementation and deployment for new outlets, brands, and international markets.
- Manage technology vendors, system integrations, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business continuity.




- Drive user adoption, process standardisation, and measurable returns on technology investments.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate operational challenges into practical, scalable technology solutions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- 10–15 years of experience in IT, technology management, or digital transformation, preferably within multi-outlet F&B;, hospitality, or multi-store retail businesses.
- Proven track record of delivering automation, systems integration, and process transformation across geographically distributed operations.
- Strong understanding of POS, ERP, business applications, data analytics, BI tools, and digital platforms.
- Commercially minded, hands-on qualified with the ability to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience supporting international and multi-country operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management, project leadership, problem-solving, and change-management skills.
