Senior Manager - IT Procurement

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience: 15-17 Years

Lead strategic sourcing,



commercial negotiations, vendor management and contract governance across all IT categories including SaaS, cloud, software, cybersecurity and hardware.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing and negotiations for SaaS, software, cloud, IT infrastructure and hardware. Manage OEM relationships including Microsoft, Amazon AWS, CrowdStrike, Red Hat, OpenAI and other strategic suppliers. Lead RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, renewals, contract negotiations, savings delivery, supplier governance and stakeholder engagement.

Required Experience & Competencies

15-17 years of IT Procurement experience. Proven expertise in SaaS, software licensing, cloud, cybersecurity and hardware procurement. Strong stakeholder management, supplier relationship management, contract negotiations, commercial acumen, project management, analytical skills and excellent English speaking and written communication skills. Experience influencing senior executives and global stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in Engineering (preferably), MBA or relevant skilled procurement certification preferred. Experience in multinational organizations and global sourcing environments.
