KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

· Exceed target on new Agency Associates in their respective patch

· Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by Agency Associates

· Emphasis on quality recruitment through one-on-one session.

· Create mutual support platform to enable easier recruitment for Agency Associates

· Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by Agency Associates

· Responsible for training, developing & execution of AAP business

· Increase retention of agents, Agency Associates to increase agent satisfaction

· Ensure compliance with various IRDA guidelines.

· Timely contract of agency associates within regulatory guidelines.

· Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.

· Track competition regularly at regional level on various measures such as new strategies, recent compensation models etc.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

· Add-on of AFYP & number of cases

· Add-on of number of new agency associates

· Recruitment ( contracted agents ) numbers

· Case Rate & Case Size

· Agent satisfaction survey

· Accuracy and timeliness of information

· AAP is within limits of IRDA jurisdiction

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

· Post Graduate/MBA will be given preference

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

· overall 7-8 years of sales experience.

· Should have handled team/ minimum 2-3 years man-manager experience.

· Should have minimum of 2-3 years of direct sales experience.
