Job Title: Senior Manager - Affiliate Partnerships & Lead Gen (Aggregators)

Location: Gurugram HO (In office)

Experience: 6–9 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Publisher Management: Prospect, onboard, and scale high-quality affiliate partners while executing structured test budgets and geo-routing strategies.
- Fraud Mitigation: Act as the gatekeeper for lead quality by auditing Sub-ID performance, blocking bot traffic, and eliminating invalid CRM dispositions.
- Commercial Strategy: Negotiate data-backed contracts with aggregators, enforcing SLAs, financial clawbacks, and performance-based pricing models.
- Technical Operations: Collaborate with tech teams to ensure seamless Server-to-Server (S2S) tracking, API integrations, and pre-CRM validation rules (OTP verification, deduplication).

Key Requirements:

- 6–9 years of performance marketing or affiliate management experience in high-volume, call-center-driven sectors (EdTech, FinTech, or aggregators).
- Deep technical expertise in affiliate tracking infrastructure (Postbacks, S2S APIs, Trackier/Tune).
- Advanced data analytics skills (Excel/BI) for tracking cohort performance and isolating traffic anomalies.

Pay: From ₹1,600,000.00 per year
