Seven Seas Hotel, Rohini is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Senior KST Manager to join our team and contribute to our commitment to exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the KST department, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.

Lead, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve operational targets and service excellence.

Ensure adherence to hotel standards, SOPs, quality benchmarks, and guest service expectations.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and timely resolution of issues.

Monitor team performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.

Maintain high standards of discipline, professionalism, and service delivery.

Handle operational challenges effectively and implement process improvements wherever required.





Mandatory Eligibility Criteria

✅ Candidates must be currently based in Delhi/NCR.

✅ Candidates must have a background in the hotel/hospitality industry.

✅ Relevant experience in a similar managerial role will be preferred.

We are looking for a proactive professional with excellent communication, team management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
