About Position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with extensive experience in Java-based enterprise application development and modern React-based frontend technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable enterprise applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and business-critical solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, and the ability to quickly adapt to evolving technologies, including AI-driven systems and agentic architectures.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop,



and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and React.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs.
- Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, designers, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and application integrations.
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases to support enterprise-scale applications.
- Ensure application performance, quality, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Analyze and resolve application bottlenecks, defects, and production issues.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in technical discussions, architecture reviews, and software design activities.
- Work with AI-driven systems, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic architectures where applicable.
- Support cloud-native development and microservices-based architectures.
- Contribute to CI/CD initiatives and DevOps-driven software delivery practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, reusable components, and development standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications and processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8-12 years of hands-on experience in enterprise software development.
- Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, Java 8, Java 17, and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
- Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade backend services and APIs.
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience with React development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript,



TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Robust understanding of software design patterns, application architecture, and development best practices.
- Experience developing and supporting large-scale enterprise applications.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in Agile development environments.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing business requirements.
