Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IoT Cloud Engineer with strong hands-on experience in AWS cloud infrastructure, backend development and IoT cloud architectures.

The role involves designing and developing secure, scalable and highly available AWS cloud infrastructure, building backend services, integrating IoT devices with cloud platforms, and working closely with firmware, mobile application and external client teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop secure, scalable and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Provision, configure and maintain AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs.
- Implement new features based on product requirements.
- Maintain existing applications, including bug fixing and performance optimization.
- Integrate cloud systems with firmware and mobile applications.
- Implement UI/UX based on design specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and prepare technical documentation.
- Collaborate with external clients for API integrations.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance, logging and optimization.
- Implement security and authentication using OAuth 2.0 and JWT.
- Develop bidirectional IoT solutions capable of both receiving data from IoT devices and sending commands/actions to devices.
- Design and implement IoT cloud architectures using AWS services and IoT communication protocols.

Required Technical Skills
- Expert-level backend development using Node.js, Java and Python.
- Strong experience with modern backend frameworks.
- Strong AWS cloud infrastructure experience.
- Hands-on experience with AWS IoT Core and IoT cloud architectures.
- Experience with IoT protocols such as MQTT, WebSocket and CoAP.
