Position: Senior Inventory Executive

Role: Executive Level

Qualifications: Diploma (Mechanical/Electronics) / B.Com / MBA

Eligibility: Experienced candidates (5+ years of work experience) are preferred.

Work Location: Manipal.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end inventory management to ensure seamless material availability for production and operations while maintaining optimal stock levels. Implement robust inventory control mechanisms, establish reorder points, and continuously monitor stock movement to streamline operational efficiency.
- Supervise day-to-day store operations, including the safe receipt, systematic storage, proper organization, and timely issue of mechanical and electrical components as per material requisitions. Enforce material handling guidelines to minimize damage and improve space utilization within the warehouse.
- Lead regular physical stock audits and cycle counts, reconcile inventory records against system data,



and track key stock metrics to proactively mitigate shortages, prevent stock obsolescence, and optimize inventory holding costs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including Procurement, Production, and Accounts—to align material planning, facilitate accurate forecasting, resolve supply discrepancies, and ensure a smooth, uninterrupted operational workflow.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs), comprehensive ISO documentation, and full compliance with quality and internal audit standards across all inventory and store management processes.

Requirements:

- Experience in inventory management or related fields, preferably in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in inventory management softwares and inventory control best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
