Role Description The Senior Interior Designer will lead end-to-end design projects, from concept development to final execution, for residential and commercial interiors. This full-time, on-site role is based in Yelahanka Satellite Town and involves collaborating with clients to understand requirements, develop design proposals, and present mood boards, layouts, and material selections. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed drawings, coordinating with the manufacturing team and contractors, overseeing installation quality, and ensuring design adherence to timelines and budgets.

Designer will also guide junior designers, maintain documentation and specifications, and support continuous improvement in design standards and processes.

Qualifications

- Ability to plan and organize interior spaces effectively, including robust skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
- Solid understanding of Architecture principles and their application to interior projects.
- Proficiency in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and technical documentation.
- Experience with FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment coordination.
- Relevant degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools).
- Demonstrated experience managing interior projects from concept to completion, preferably in residential and commercial spaces.
- Effective communication and client presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
