Senior HR Manager

We are seeking a proactive Senior HR Manager to lead HR strategy and support business growth at Jolly Motors.

Experience: 3–4 Years in the Automobile Industry

Salary: ₹6–12 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan manpower requirements according to business needs.
- Develop employee retention and engagement strategies.
- Guide department heads on employee performance and discipline.
- Improve HR processes and implement effective HR practices.
- Support management in workforce planning and organizational development.
- Monitor HR KPIs and prepare reports for management review.

Candidates should have solid decision-making, problem-solving, and team management skills, along with practical experience in the automobile industry. Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
