Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Executive for our Corporate Headquarters who can handle every area of HR independently. The role covers HR for head office employees and works closely with plant and unit HR teams to keep policies, compliance, and reporting consistent across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Handle end-to-end hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, IT, Supply Chain, and Admin, as well as senior and mid-level roles for plants.
- Manage job portals, consultants, and referrals, schedule interviews, negotiate salaries, and issue offer letters.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and report hiring status to management.

Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

- Conduct joining formalities, induction, documentation, and background verification.
- Handle confirmations, transfers between HO and plants, promotions, increments, and exits, including resignation processing, exit interviews, and full-and-final settlement.

Payroll & Statutory Compliance

- Prepare and verify monthly payroll inputs: attendance, leave, overtime, and deductions.
- Ensure timely compliance for PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, LWF, gratuity, and bonus.
- Coordinate with plant HR on compliance under the Factories Act, the Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, the Payment of Wages Act, the Minimum Wages Act, Standing Orders, and the new Labour Codes as applicable.
- Support statutory and internal audits and maintain all registers and records.

HR Policies & Corporate HR Coordination

- Draft, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook across HO and plants.
- Act as the link between Corporate HR and plant or unit HR teams to standardize processes.
- Consolidate company-wide HR data on headcount, manpower cost, and attrition from all locations.





Performance Management

- Coordinate the annual and mid-year appraisal cycle, including KRA/KPI setting, reviews, and increment processing.
- Support managers with performance improvement plans and documentation.

Employee Relations & Engagement

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, show-cause notices, domestic inquiries, and warning letters.
- Plan engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
- Support plant HR on industrial relations and contract labour matters when needed.

Training & Development

- Identify training needs, organize technical, behavioural, and safety-related training, and maintain training records.

HR MIS & Analytics

- Prepare monthly HR MIS covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, manpower cost, and compliance status for management review.

HR Administration

- Manage HRMS and attendance systems, ID cards, insurance (GMC/GPA), and employee documentation.
- Draft HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, experience, and relieving letters.

Qualifications & Skills Education: MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR or Personnel Management.

Experience: 7- 10 years as an HR Generalist, with exposure to a manufacturing setup (plant or corporate).

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance applicable to manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HRMS software (e.g., [Keka / Darwinbox / greytHR / SAP/ERP]).
- Advanced MS Excel for MIS and data analysis.
- Excellent communication in English and [local language].
- Strong drafting skills for policies, letters, and notices.
- Confident handling of employee relations and disciplinary cases.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
