Job Summary

Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to manage pharmaceutical packaging designs, printing-related artwork, text matter verification, design approvals, and final artwork submission for printing. The candidate must have strong knowledge of pharmaceutical packaging, printing specifications, and coordination with QA, production, and marketing departments to ensure accuracy and timely completion of all designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and finalize pharmaceutical packaging materials, including cartons, labels, stickers, product boxes, and other printed materials.
- Handle the complete printing design process, from initial artwork preparation to final approval and printing submission.
- Verify all text matter, including product names, compositions, manufacturing details, batch information, MRP, manufacturing and expiry dates, licence numbers, and other required declarations in coordination with the QA department.
- Ensure that all artwork follows approved text matter, applicable regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Check carton dimensions, dielines, colour combinations, fonts, alignment, barcodes, and other printing specifications before finalization.
- Coordinate with the QA department, marketing team, production team, clients, and printing vendors for design corrections and approvals.




- Obtain final approval from the concerned department or client before sending artwork for printing.
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure that the correct, approved versions are sent to the printing vendor.
- Maintain proper records of approved designs, revisions, corrections, and final printing files.
- Monitor printing quality and resolve design-related issues in coordination with printing vendors.
- Manage multiple design projects and ensure timely completion without compromising accuracy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic designing, preferably in pharmaceutical packaging or a printing-related industry.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW is mandatory. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of printing processes, colour separation, CMYK, dielines, bleed, and print-ready artwork preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail for text matter checking, packaging dimensions, and artwork accuracy.
- Ability to coordinate with QA, marketing, clients, and printing vendors.
- Valuable communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage design approvals and printing submissions.
