We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong design execution skills, expertise in print and digital production, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to lead a design team while managing UK-based client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

- Lead daily team meetings, monitor performance, and manage resource planning.
- Optimize workflows to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Guide team members and maintain high design standards.

Client Communication

- Manage client consultations, design briefings, and visual concept presentations.
- Handle client feedback and revision cycles professionally.
- Act as the primary design point of contact for UK-based clients.

Design Execution & Quality Control

- Create high-quality graphic designs, print layouts, and digital assets.
- Manage high-priority projects, brand launches, and key business deliverables.
- Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Prepare print-ready files and optimize digital assets before delivery.
- Maintain a near-zero-error standard across all deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience.




- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven experience in client handling, design presentations, and team leadership.
- Robust knowledge of print production, layout design, and digital design standards.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Canva, and Figma.
- Familiarity with Miro and project management tools such as Trello, Smartsheet, Microsoft Planner, or Zoho Projects.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines independently.

Work Schedule & Holiday Policy
- Must be comfortable working a shift scheduled to align with UK business hours.
- Must be willing to follow the UK holiday calendar instead of the local holiday calendar.

What We’re Looking For We are seeking a proactive, organized, and quality-focused professional who can independently manage design projects, lead a team, communicate confidently with international clients, and consistently deliver outstanding creative work.

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
