Skills / Knowledge / Experience Must Have Proven track record in eliciting and managing detailed business requirements.

Must Have

Robust business knowledge in the finance domain, including taxation, and how the opportunities, risks, and issues in these domains can be addressed by technology.

Must Have

Strong understanding of ERP technologies and integrated processes (RTR, OTC & AP), with deep hands-on ECC configuration experience in SAP FICO, and ideally SAP SD.

Must Have

Experience in analysing business challenges using structured frameworks and methodologies.

Must Have

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for developing technology-enabled use cases and analysing Business needs.

Must Have

Experience in modelling system processes; knowledge of common notational standards is beneficial (e.g., BPMN).

Must Have

Able to design and execute functional tests, with experience managing bugs / defects through to remediation.

Must Have

Strong working knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security standards, and technology solutioning is beneficial.

Must Have

Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and practices (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) is beneficial.

Must Have

Good communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a wide range of different Business and IS stakeholders.

Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional IS team and provide coaching to junior Functional Consultants. Main Responsibilities (Give 6 to 8 main areas of work. State what is to be done to what - the end result e.g. Develop, agree and implement detailed sales plans to increase market share in Europe): Must Have Supports the Product Owner to realise the Product strategy by eliciting and managing detailed Business requirements (e.g., features, user stories) and designing technology-enabled Business use cases.

Collaborates with Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Business stakeholders to conduct paper-based design activities, capturing high-level system flows and possible technology solutions.

Configures ERP components and modules to realise detailed functional requirements; provides coaching to junior Functional Consultants on more complex configurations.

Performs functional testing on delivered solutions, ensuring it fulfils detailed business requirements; creates checklists and/or processes to support junior Functional Consultants on testing activities.

Product user guides and training materials, delivering training to end users / support teams to enable Product adoption and maintenance.

Must Have

Supports the Product Owner to identify areas where additional security and compliance considerations should be factored in (e.g., sensitive data handling). Works with internal SMAs and Product team to ensure these considerations have been addressed correctly.

Must Have

Handles configuration changes and emergency transport for high priority production issues (as needed).

Provides escalated support for incident resolution related to ERP configuration.

They configure ERP components and modules, designing and executing functional tests to ensure the technology solutions meet requirements. They document system processes and user guides, providing training to Business and IS teams on newly delivered solutions.

They translate Business needs into detailed requirements and technology-enabled use cases. They develop a deep understanding of the opportunities, risks,
