WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month; CTC: (₹3.0–4.2 LPA) per annum

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Working Days: Monday to Friday (full day) & Saturday (half-day)

Mandatory Skills:

- Banking and Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- GST and Composite GST
- Statutory Compliance
- Client Payment Follow-ups and Vendor Management

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain books of accounts, ledgers, vouchers and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor daily cash and bank balances.
- Manage accounts receivable, accounts payable and vendor reconciliations.
- Track outstanding invoices and follow up with clients for payment recovery.
- Prepare weekly payment ageing reports for management.
- Coordinate with the Chartered Accountant (CA) for GST and statutory compliance.
- Handle delayed-payment escalations, including MSME Samadhaan filings wherever required.
- Verify vendor and contractor bills against purchase orders and work orders.
