Roles & Responsibilities

- Payment Gateway Reconciliation: Reconcile payments received through various online payment gateways, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and matched with the company's accounting records.

- Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile sales, returns, commissions, fees, TCS and settlements from marketplaces (such as Amazon, Nykaa and Myntra) against the company's accounting records, and follow up on short or delayed settlements and other discrepancies.

- Preparation of Order to Cash Sheet: Prepare the order-to-cash sheet, tracking orders from initiation through payment collection, ensuring that all data is accurately maintained.

- GST and TDS Return Preparation and Filing: Prepare and file GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns on time,



ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

- Inventory Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliation of inventory between the company's financial books and the warehouse management system (Unicommerce), ensuring discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly.

- Accounts Receivables Management: Manage accounts receivables, ensuring timely invoicing, monitoring of outstanding payments, and following up with clients to ensure collection of overdue amounts..

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
