Job Title: Senior Faculty - Finance & Management

Roles & Responsibilities

· Strategic planning and management of the entire Finance & Management Programs’ portfolio

· Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of the prospect university partners for B2C business and B2B clients), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases.

· Partnering with Sales as a Subject Matter expert

· You will be responsible for strategic industry partnerships

· Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set

· Hire and lead a faculty team to achieve the relevant learning objectives.

· Source and onboard part time faculty as per requirements





· You will ensure the overall success of all the programs in your portfolio

Requirements

· Expertise and experience in the field of management/Finance would be preferred.

· Teaching or academics experience will be required for this role.

· A Management certification would be added advantage to this role.

· Excellent people skills paired with a high level of assertiveness.

· Very good communication skills in order to communicate with the senior management as well as with employees and colleagues.

· Strong analytical, strategic, and coordinating skills

· A leader and an entrepreneur that people willingly follow

· High level motivational skills so that you can also manage virtual teams
