Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Channapatna for a Senior Executive – Tastings and Retail Operations. The role involves overseeing daily tasting room operations, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and maintaining brand standards in all guest interactions.

The Senior

Executive will manage retail store activities, including product display, stock levels, merchandising, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities include coordinating tasting events, training and guiding front-of-house staff, and implementing service protocols to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue. The role also requires close collaboration with winery,



marketing, and hospitality teams to execute promotional initiatives, gather customer feedback, and support continuous improvement of tastings and retail operations.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and hospitality skills, with experience delivering premium guest experiences in retail, F&B;, or tourism settings.
- Operational management capabilities, including staff coordination, shift planning, inventory handling, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Sales and merchandising skills, with the ability to drive retail performance, manage point-of-sale activities, and present products effectively.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and the ability to interact confidently with diverse customers and teams.
- Basic financial and reporting skills, such as handling daily sales reconciliation, preparing operational reports, and tracking key performance metrics.
- Interest in wines, beverages, or hospitality, with a willingness to learn about wine styles, tasting techniques, and brand portfolio.
- Relevant education in hospitality management, business, retail management, or a related field; prior experience in tasting rooms, hotels, or premium retail is an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Channapatna, including weekends and peak tourism periods, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity.
