We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Executive in Recruitment to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. This role requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and the ability to identify top talent across various positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Manage applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Foster relationships with potential candidates through networking and outreach initiatives.




- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the company and its culture.
- Provide training and support to junior recruitment team members.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of various recruitment platforms and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
