We are looking for a Senior Executive Microbiologist will develop, implement, and periodically evaluate a program to ensure the organizations production operations, from raw materials to finished products, meet the quality, integrity, and efficiency standards set by the organization.

Requirements

- Leading Microbial & QC Testing of finished goods (cream, lotions & oils) & raw materials
- Conducting Water Testing on a daily basis Reviewing R.M., P.M. and finished product store, Testing method & their record
- Supervising all approval work of FDA and Ayurveda/Cosmetics/Pharma Managing Markets Complaints Investigation, CAPA & RCA




- Verifying line clearance for various activities as per current SOPs Drafting issuance formats
- Leading internal training audit
- Ability to ensure proper checking of packing materials like Lemitube, Bottle, Jars, Cap, Outer, Leaflet, Label, Stiffener, Sleeves & Monocarton

Primary/ Must have skills:
- 3 years of relevant experience
- MSc. (Biotech, Chemistry, Micro, Cosmetics)
- Understand basic principles for clean design of equipment and facilities and procedures/requirements for cleaning and sanitization
- Interpret microbiological method procedures and safety instructions using standard microbiological terms and measures
- Perform routine calculations pertaining to general laboratory practices and microbiological techniques
- Ability to develop and implement laboratory procedures relating to technical expertise, quality, and safety
