Role Description The Senior Executive Human Resources will manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation for the Hyderabad office. This full time, on-site role involves implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards and local regulations. The position includes coordinating performance management processes, supporting learning and development initiatives,



and partnering with business leaders to address workforce planning and engagement.

The Senior

Executive HR will also handle HR data and reporting, support payroll inputs, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and employee experience.

Qualifications

- Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience handling end-to-end HR functions.
- Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including onboarding, documentation, HRIS updates, and compliance.
- Proficiency in Employee Relations, including addressing concerns, facilitating engagement, and promoting a positive work culture.
- Ability to develop, interpret, and implement HR Policies aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in corporate HR, preferably in IT or technology services organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with high attention to detail.
- Comfort with HR tools and MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and handle confidential information with integrity.
