We prefer candidates who can articulate, know PowerPoint, Storyline, understand SCORM, and utilize generative AI for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build ILT decks on PowerPoint.
- Create educational videos for staff training.
- Design posters, flyers, and single-page guides using PowerPoint.
- Upload and manage learning content on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Use generative AI tools to speed up and improve content creation.
- Manage Stakeholders, SMEs, and handle communications.
- Storyboard writing.

Required Skills

- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for product and process modules, posters, and flyers.
- Experience of making videos for training.
- Hands-on experience working with an LMS platform.
- Clear spoken and written communication skills in English.




- Articulate and paraphrase information and SOPs into concise learning material.
- Storytelling and structure the learning journeys.
- Utilises Andragogy, ADDIE, Backward Design, Need Assessment.
