Role Description The Senior Executive/Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru South. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and HRIS updates. The individual will handle employee relations, address queries and grievances, and support performance management and engagement activities across the company’s hospitality outlets.

Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws,



coordinating payroll inputs, and supporting learning and development initiatives. The role also requires close collaboration with business leaders and managers to align HR practices with operational needs and organizational culture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) with proven experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and employee engagement.
- Ability to develop, implement, and communicate HR Policies while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes, onboarding, HR documentation, and HRIS or related systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; postgraduate HR specialization is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and frontline staff.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in hospitality, F&B;, or service-oriented industries is highly beneficial.
