Role & responsibilities

- Execute term loan documentation, disbursements and renewals of fund-based & non-

fund based limits.

- Manage and develop relationships with Banks/ Financial Institutions
- Effective monitoring of banking needs across the Group.
- Compliance of financial and non-financial covenants
- Manage operational cycle of working capital utilisation and closure by EOD.
- Accounting & reconciliation of financial entries - interest, TL/ WC.
- Preparation of periodic MIS dashboards
- Compliance of RBI/ FEMA regulations.
- inter-coordination with divisions and interface departments

Preferred candidate profile

- Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) with 1-4 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Excel/ ERP
- Robust financial and analytical skills
- Proficient coordination and communication skills
- Team player
