Role & responsibilities

1. Execute term loan documentation, disbursements and renewals of fund-based & non-

fund based limits.
1. Manage and develop relationships with Banks/ Financial Institutions
2. Effective monitoring of banking needs across the Group.
3. Compliance of financial and non-financial covenants
4. Manage operational cycle of working capital utilisation and closure by EOD.
5. Accounting & reconciliation of financial entries - interest, TL/ WC.
6. Preparation of periodic MIS dashboards
7. Compliance of RBI/ FEMA regulations.
8. inter-coordination with divisions and interface departments

Preferred candidate profile

1. Qualification: CA / MBA (Finance) with 1-4 years of experience
2. Proficiency in MS Excel/ ERP
3. Solid financial and analytical skills
4. Proficient coordination and communication skills
