Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Estimation Engineer to handle cost estimation, BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, and budgeting for commercial and residential interior projects. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of civil works, interior fit-outs, materials, labour costs, and project costing.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for commercial and residential interior projects.
- Analyse architectural drawings, civil drawings, interior layouts, and technical specifications.
- Calculate quantities of materials, labour, and other resources required for project execution.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotations, and budget breakdowns.
- Estimate costs for civil works, interior fit-outs, carpentry, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical works, and other related activities.
- Obtain and analyse vendor quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and project management teams to finalise estimates.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project specifications.
- Review project variations, additional works, and revised drawings to update estimates.
- Maintain estimation records, costing sheets,



and BOQ documentation.
- Support tender preparation, bid evaluation, and commercial negotiations when required.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in estimation engineering, preferably in commercial or residential interiors.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and cost estimation.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, architectural, and interior drawings.
- Knowledge of construction materials, labour rates, and market pricing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation-related software; AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Robust analytical, numerical, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Candidates with proven experience in commercial & residential interior fit-out projects, civil construction estimation, tender costing, and end-to-end project estimation will be preferred. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
