We’re Hiring: Senior Enterprise Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Vasai, Mumbai | Hybrid

Markets: India & GCC

Salary: INR 15–20 LPA

We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Professional to drive business growth across India and the GCC markets.

What You’ll Be Selling:

- Custom Software Development
- QA Automation & Testing
- AI-Powered Workflow Automation

Key Requirements:

- 6–9 years of overall sales experience
- 4–6+ years in B2B IT Services / Enterprise Technology Sales
- Proven track record of closing ₹50L+ / $75K+ deals
- Strong network of 15–30+ enterprise decision-makers across India/GCC
- Experience selling software development, QA, or AI services
- Established relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, VPs of Engineering,



and Digital Transformation Leaders
- Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery to negotiation and closure
- Robust pipeline management and sales forecasting skills
- Willingness to travel across India and the GCC

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
