Kreston OPR Advisors LLP is looking for a Senior ERPNext Developer to join our technology consulting team and take ownership of end-to-end ERPNext implementations, customization, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled solutions.

About the Role

You will work closely with clients and consultants to transform business requirements into scalable ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling projects from requirement gathering and solution design through development, deployment, and handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ERPNext customisation and development
- Develop custom apps, DocTypes, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards & print formats
- Build third-party integrations using REST APIs and webhooks
- Develop AI-enabled ERP solutions using LLM APIs
- Automate finance, sales, procurement, inventory, HR & compliance processes
- Handle data migration from legacy systems,



Tally and spreadsheets
- Manage Frappe Cloud / self-hosted deployments, upgrades, backups & performance
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and propose practical solutions

Must Have:
- 5–8 years of software development experience
- 3+ years of delivered ERPNext / Frappe projects
- Strong Python & JavaScript skills
- Valuable knowledge of Frappe Framework, DocTypes, hooks, permissions, background jobs & custom apps
- Strong understanding of ERPNext modules – Accounting, Selling, Buying, Stock, Manufacturing & HR
- Strong SQL / MariaDB knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks & third-party integrations
- Practical experience with OpenAI, Claude or similar LLM APIs
- Git, Linux, Bench, Nginx, Redis and Docker knowledge
- Ability to independently manage deliverables, timelines and client requirements

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per year
