Responsibilities

- Lead technical discovery sessions to capture client requirements and success criteria
- Design solutions that meet architecture, security, performance, and scalability standards
- Own end-to-end technical delivery including estimates, milestones, and risk management
- Serve as primary technical point of contact during implementation and stabilization
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to resolve defects and escalate issues
- Mentor engineers and consultants through guidance, code reviews, and delivery practices
- Create implementation documentation, runbooks, and handoff materials
- Support pre-sales scoping, technical proposals, and discovery workshops

Requirements

- 5+ years Java engineering experience
- 5+ years client-facing delivery experience
- Strong technical leadership skills
- Solid project planning and risk management skills
- Advanced solution design skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English proficiency (B2)
