WHAT YOULL NEED?

o 5–10 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud, Platform, Infrastructure, or DevSecOps Engineering.

o Strong experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP, including compute, networking, storage, IAM, monitoring, security, governance, and managed services.

o Strong experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and configuration management.

o Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent.

o Strong understanding of Linux, networking, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS, authentication, authorization, secrets, firewalls, proxies, and service discovery.

o Experience with application hosting, production operations, observability, centralized logging, incident management, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.

o Understanding of high availability, scalability, resilience, backup, disaster recovery, capacity planning, and rollback strategies.

o Practical understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, Agile, MLOps, LLMOps, FinOps, and cloud security practices.

o Experience integrating security controls into CI/CD and infrastructure workflows.

o Solid ownership, communication,

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLM, RAG, inference, model-serving, or agentic workloads.
- Experience with GPU/CPU optimization, vector databases, embeddings, model gateways, AI observability, or inference cost optimization.
- Experience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD or Flux and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
- Experience with FinOps, GreenOps, cloud sustainability, unit economics, or infrastructure efficiency.
- Experience with platform engineering, internal developer platforms, self-service deployment, policy-as-code, or cloud governance.
- Experience with security tools such as SAST, DAST, SCA, container scanning, secrets scanning, SIEM, CSPM, WAF, or API security.
- Exposure to BFSI, FinTech, capital markets, asset management, or other regulated environments.
- Relevant cloud, Kubernetes, DevOps, security, MLOps, FinOps, or GreenOps certifications.
