Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ETL processes, data warehousing, data analysis, and proficiency in business intelligence tools.

In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into our data warehouse.
- Design and manage the data warehouse architecture to ensure optimal data storage and accessibility.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Perform data validations and quality checks to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assist in the development of data governance protocols to ensure compliance and security of data.




- Provide support and training to team members on data-related issues and BI tools usage.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and BI.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role with a robust focus on ETL processes and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Talend, Apache Nifi, Informatica, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery).
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a demonstrated ability to create clear and impactful visualizations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable format to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data governance and data management best practices is a plus.
