Senior Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at a Co-operative Society.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire current customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.

- Promote and sell Deposits, Insurance, and MDS (Monthly Deposit Scheme) products.

- Generate leads, convert prospects, and achieve monthly business targets.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.

- Manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and service requirements.

- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily business updates.

- Ensure proper KYC documentation and compliance with applicable guidelines.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Plus Two or Above

- Experience: 1–2 Years in Banking, Insurance, Co-operative Societies, or NBFCs.

- Product Knowledge: Experience in sales of Deposits,



Insurance, or MDS is preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion abilities.

- Target-driven attitude with a focus on business growth.

- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and build a strong customer base.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Education

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience

- 1-2 yrs of experience in banking: 1 year (Required)

- Malayalam, English (Required)
