Key Responsibilities

1.

Shoot

Management

- Support end-to-end planning and execution of photoshoots and marketing campaigns.

- Be available to travel for shoot-related activities as required.

- Assist in garment selection and preparation of shoot decks (PowerPoint presentations).

- Coordinate garment dispatch, tracking, retrieval, and return processes for shoots.

- Provide on-ground support to ensure smooth shoot execution.

- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation related to shoot requirements and garment movements.

2.

Influencer

Relations &

- Garment Sourcing

- Manage end-to-end garment sourcing for influencer marketing activities.

- Coordinate garment dispatch, tracking, follow-ups, and return management for influencer collaborations.

- Ensure timely closure of pending garment returns and asset recovery.

- Maintain detailed trackers and records of influencer-related garment movements.

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of influencer campaigns.

3. Gift Voucher (GV), MGV &

- Compliment Card Operations

- Monitor the availability of Gift Vouchers (GVs), MGVs, and Compliment Cards across stores.

- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely replenishment.

- Manage end-to-end issuance, tracking, redemption, and reconciliation processes.

- Maintain operational records, reports, and trackers related to vouchers and compliment cards.

- Ensure process compliance and timely resolution of operational issues.

4.

Packaging Development

Support

- Research and identify packaging trends, references,



and design inspirations.

- Curate and manage high-quality visual assets to support packaging development projects.

- Build and maintain packaging reference libraries for future use.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support packaging initiatives.

5. Inventory &

- Asset Tracking Management

- Maintain end-to-end inventory trackers for garments, shoot materials, marketing assets, and related items.

- Monitor asset movement, dispatches, returns, stock availability, and utilization.

- Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates of inventory records.

- Generate periodic reports and provide visibility on inventory status and movement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, fashion retail, shoot coordination, influencer management, or related functions.

- Experience handling inventory tracking and operational documentation will be preferred.
