Role Description

GAEC ABROAD is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Consultant – Overseas Education & Marketing to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full time, on-site position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in overseas education consulting, student recruitment, marketing, or related fields.

The candidate will be responsible for student counseling, university admissions, lead generation, marketing campaigns, and business development. The role requires an individual who can effectively counsel students, develop marketing strategies, generate quality leads, convert inquiries into enrollments, and contribute to the overall growth of GAEC ABROAD.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Admissions

- Provide personalized counseling to students regarding international universities, courses, admission requirements, and career opportunities.




- Evaluate student profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs based on academic backgrounds, budgets, and career goals.
- Guide students through applications, documentation, offer letters, and admission timelines.
- Provide updated information on international education trends, admission policies, and visa procedures.
- Follow up with students and parents to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.
- Maintain accurate student records, application updates, and follow-up activities using CRM systems.

Marketing & Lead Generation

- Plan and execute marketing strategies to promote GAEC ABROAD's overseas education services.
- Generate student leads through digital marketing, social media, educational events, seminars, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams to develop campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Support the creation of marketing content, promotional materials, advertisements, and student success stories.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, student segments, and potential business partnerships.
- Organize and participate in education fairs, school and college visits, workshops, and student recruitment events.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.




- Build brand awareness and strengthen GAEC ABROAD's presence in the overseas education market.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience in overseas education consulting, student recruitment, marketing, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of international education destinations, university admissions, and student visa processes.
- Experience in lead generation, student conversion, digital marketing, or promotional campaign management.
- Excellent communication, counseling, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Understanding of social media marketing, online advertising, and marketing campaign performance.
- Ability to manage multiple student cases, marketing activities, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, student management systems, and standard office software.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- A proactive, target-oriented mindset with strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Commitment to ethical counseling, transparent marketing, and delivering a positive student experience.

Salary & Benefits
- Annual Salary: ₹5,00,000 (5 LPA).
