Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Civil Engineer to lead execution, quality control, and site management for our upcoming prestigious Museum Category Civil Project in Mandvi. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in complex civil structural works, fine finishing, heritage/architectural restoration elements, and site coordination.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

- Total Experience: Minimum 15+ years in civil construction.
- Specialized Experience: Extensive hands-on experience in museum category / institutional / architectural-heavy civil works (structural, high-end stone/finishing, structural retrofitting, and exposed concrete/architectural elements).
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Location & Mobility: Willingness to be stationed full-time at the project site in Mandvi, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities Site Execution & Project Management
- Oversee day-to-day site civil execution, structural works, stone masonry, architectural finishing, and site coordination.
- Plan and execute daily/weekly progress schedules to meet project completion timelines.

Quality Control & Standards




- Ensure strictly high standards of civil execution according to project specifications and structural drawings.
- Manage material testing, concrete mix quality, reinforcement checks, structural retrofitting, and specialized finishing tolerances.

Billing, Estimation & Quantity Surveying
- Perform rate analyses, measurements, standard Bill of Quantities (BOQ) verification, and client billing/labor billing reconciliation.
- Coordinate site material requirement planning (indenting) to avoid wastage and project delays.

Team & Contractor Coordination
- Supervise junior site engineers, supervisors, lab technicians, and specialized finishing subcontractors.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, PMC (Project Management Consultants), structural consultants, and architects.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of civil engineering standards, structural drawings, steel summary schedules, and quality assurance protocols.
- Proficiency in handling site measurement books (MB), BOQ verification, standard Gujarat Schedule of Rates (GSR) / CPWD benchmarks, and site billing.
- Strong leadership, site problem-solving, site safety, and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi; functional knowledge of English is preferred.
