Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, OH. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and building long-term strategic partnerships in the pharmaceutical manufacturing and franchising space. Daily activities include lead generation, conducting client meetings and presentations, negotiating contracts,



and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Executive will track market trends, prepare business proposals, maintain key account relationships, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Recent Business Development and Business strategy.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation and prospecting skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and client relationship management skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, ideally in manufacturing or contract services.
- Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field is desirable.
