Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and expanding Skill Univ’s presence in key markets. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves managing the entire business development cycle, including lead generation, prospect qualification, solution presentations, and deal closure. The role includes collaborating with internal teams to refine offerings, maintaining robust relationships with key accounts, and tracking market trends to inform sales strategies.

Executive will also prepare regular reports, meet revenue targets, and represent Skill Univ at meetings, events, and industry forums.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with experience in identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management to manage pipelines, maintain client relationships, and support retention and growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in edtech, education, or professional training services.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze performance metrics, and use data to refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, networking, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving market needs.
