Role Description The Senior Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, identifying potential clients, and expanding Cosmetify presence in the personal care market. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting client meetings and product presentations, managing and nurturing key accounts, and negotiating commercial terms in alignment with company objectives.



The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to align client requirements with manufacturing capabilities, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panchkula, requiring regular in-person engagement with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development skills, with a track record of converting prospects into long-term clients.
- Candidates should possess Business and Account Management skills to handle client portfolios, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and collaboration with internal teams.
- Candidates should have experience in B2B sales, preferably in cosmetics, skin care, Ayurvedic products or manufacturing, and be comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with 2–5 years of relevant business development experience.
