Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements engineering, document authoring workflows, and AI-assisted drafting. The candidate will translate business needs for Project Procurement Strategy for Development (PPSD) into precise, testable, AI-ready specifications.

The role involves working with Product Owners, procurement SMEs, and technical teams to define document structures, procurement business rules, approval workflows, and validation criteria for AI-generated strategy documents.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead backlog refinement with Product Owners and subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Write user stories with Given/When/Then acceptance criteria.
- Create agent-ready specifications covering business context, rules, edge cases, examples, and sample data.
- Define PPSD document structures, templates, and rules based on procurement categories and methods.
- Specify acceptance criteria for AI-generated content, including accuracy, source traceability, tone, and policy compliance.
- Use AI tools to draft and refine user stories, business rules, decision tables, and test scenarios.
- Validate AI-generated requirements against source policies and SME feedback.
- Maintain traceability from requirements to user stories, tests, and defects in Azure DevOps.




- Support document-authoring workflows, approval processes, UAT, and business acceptance.
- Ensure sensitive information is not exposed through AI prompts.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Solid requirements engineering and user-story writing.
- Given/When/Then acceptance criteria.
- 1+ year of hands-on AI-assisted delivery experience.
- Experience using AI to draft and refine specifications, acceptance criteria, or test scenarios.
- Ability to validate AI-generated content against policies, source data, and SME input.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Azure DevOps experience for backlog management and requirements traceability.

Preferred Skills

- PPSD / procurement strategy / public-sector procurement knowledge.
- Experience with document authoring, generation, and approval workflows.
- Generative AI features in enterprise applications.
- BPMN, process modeling, and decision tables.
- Functional understanding of data models and APIs.
- Low-code application delivery, particularly OutSystems.
- Tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or OutSystems Mentor.
