About the Role

We’re looking for a creatively driven, strategically sharp Brand Strategist who knows how to turn brand challenges, consumer insights, and cultural observations into compelling campaign ideas.

This role is for someone who has worked agency-side, handled multiple brands across categories, and played an active role in developing campaign strategies and creative concepts from understanding the brief to shaping the big idea and guiding its execution.

You should be able to think beyond content calendars and trending formats. We want someone who can understand what a brand needs to communicate, identify the right audience insight, and build a distinctive campaign idea around it.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand & Campaign Strategy

- Develop brand and social media campaign strategies for clients across multiple industries and categories.
- Translate brand objectives, consumer insights, and communication challenges into clear strategic directions.
- Build campaign narratives, communication territories, creative platforms, and big ideas.
- Identify opportunities for brands to participate in relevant cultural conversations without forcing trends.

2. Creative Ideation & Concept Development

- Lead brainstorming and ideation for integrated campaigns, digital-first campaigns, brand launches, and topical communication.
- Develop original campaign concepts, creative routes, and storytelling frameworks that are relevant to the brand and its audience.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, video teams, and creative leads to translate strategic thinking into compelling creative work.
- Challenge generic ideas and bring fresh perspectives to campaign development.

3. Research & Consumer Insights

- Conduct audience, category, competitor, and cultural research to uncover meaningful insights.




- Understand consumer behaviour, brand positioning, and market dynamics to identify communication opportunities.
- Translate trends and insights into actionable campaign ideas rather than simply replicating what is trending.

4. Client Collaboration & Execution

- Present campaign strategies and creative concepts to clients, clearly explaining the thinking behind the ideas.
- Work closely with account management, creative, and production teams to take campaigns from brief to execution.
- Maintain strategic consistency throughout execution and use campaign learnings to strengthen future recommendations.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, campaign strategy, or creative strategy, preferably within a digital, advertising, or creative agency.
- Proven experience working across multiple brands and categories.
- Hands-on involvement in campaign ideation, concept development, and strategic planning.
- A portfolio demonstrating campaigns you have helped strategise and develop, including your individual contribution.
- The ability to connect a business or brand objective with an audience insight and a compelling creative idea.
- Robust storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills.
- A good understanding of digital platforms, contemporary culture, and how brands can communicate meaningfully with their audiences.
