Role Overview

Bayar’s Coffee is looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Executive to drive business growth in the HoReCa segment (Hotels, Restaurants and Cafés). The candidate should possess solid communication, negotiation, MIS, quotation preparation, and tender management skills, with the ability to acquire new clients and negotiate commercial and payment terms.

Key Responsibilities

- Business Development: Identify and acquire new HoReCa customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, and institutional clients.

- Quotations &
- Negotiations:

Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing, margins, commercial terms, and payment structures.

- Tender Management: Identify relevant tenders, prepare documentation, participate in bidding, and follow up until closure.

- Client Relationship Management: Build strong client relationships, understand customer requirements, and drive customer retention.

- Payment Management:

Negotiate credit periods and payment terms while ensuring adherence to company policies.

- MIS &

- Reporting:

Maintain sales reports, customer databases, quotation trackers, tender status, payment follow-ups,



and sales forecasts using MS Excel.

- Sales Target Achievement: Achieve assigned sales targets and develop new business opportunities.

- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related specialisation.

- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in HoReCa, FMCG, food, or beverage industries.

- Excellent English communication and business correspondence skills.

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and data analysis.

- Experience in quotation preparation, commercial negotiations, tender documentation, and e-tender bidding.

- Ability to negotiate payment terms, credit periods, and commercial agreements.

- Strong presentation, client management, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
