Senior Azure Integration Engineer – Dynamics 365 Contact Center & Telephony

Required Qualifications

- 6+ years in integration engineering, including 3+ years with Azure Integration Services.
- Hands-on Azure Communication Services experience, or strong telephony/SIP background with Azure.
- Practical experience integrating Azure AI services into business applications.
- Solid C#/.NET or Python skills; REST, OAuth 2.0 and messaging patterns.
- Experience integrating with Dataverse / Dynamics 365.
- Infrastructure as code and CI/CD experience.

Preferred Qualifications

- Voice channel delivery on Dynamics 365 Contact Center.
- Session border controller and carrier onboarding experience.
- Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse for analytics pipelines.
- Sovereign or regulated cloud environments.
- Data feeds for workforce management and quality management platforms.
