Role Summary:

The Installation/Conversion Specialist is responsible for preparing, validating, and reformatting participant level and plan level data received from prior recordkeepers to support successful plan installations and conversions into Voya systems. This role focuses on accurate execution of established reformat standards, data quality checks, and timely delivery to downstream partners.

Roles & Responsibility:





Reformat incoming conversion and installation data into Voya approved formats using established templates, tools, and standards (e.g., SIP, shared drives, COW).

Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure files are Omni ready prior to handoff.

Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data and communicate issues to CIS, CTM, or management for resolution.

Maintain accurate documentation, status updates, and comments within required tracking tools (e.g., Task Manager, Salesforce).

Manage assigned workload independently while meeting conversion milestones and service level expectations.

Follow documented procedures and escalate exceptions or non standard scenarios as appropriate.

Partner with internal teams to support smooth handoff and downstream processing.
