Fund Accounting Support (Close ended/Private Equity funds)

- Perform and review fund accounting activities for closed-end private equity funds, feeder funds, special purpose vehicles and co-investment structures.
- Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end NAV close process, including review of trial balances, accruals, journal entries, expense allocations and investor-level accounting.
- Review capital activity, including capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, transfers, subscriptions, redemptions and investor allocations.
- Calculate and review management fees, fund expenses, organizational expenses, transaction costs and other fund-level accruals.
- Support the preparation and review of carried interest,



performance allocation and private equity waterfall calculations in accordance with fund agreements and investment terms.
- Review investment activity, including acquisitions, disposals, realized and unrealized gains or losses, portfolio valuations and foreign exchange movements.
- Analyze and calculate cost of carry, financing costs, commitment fees, interest accruals and other investment-related expenses where applicable.
