Hiring: AI/ML Lead Agentic AI & LLM Engineering

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Lead with expertise in Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python, LangGraph, Pydantic, and LLMOps.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead AI/ML initiatives from POC to production deployment.
- Build and deploy at least 2 Agentic AI solutions in production.
- Implement harness engineering, grounding, guardrails, and evaluation frameworks.
- Develop LLMOps/MLOps pipelines and CI/CD workflows.
- Design scalable AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Mentor teams and communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

- Solid Python, Pydantic, and LangGraph.
- Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and harness engineering.
- LLMOps, MLOps, and production pipelines.
- PyTorch/TensorFlow and microservices architecture.
- Excellent verbal communication and leadership skills.

Education: Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Keywords: Agentic AI, Generative AI, Python, LangGraph, Pydantic, LLMOps, MLOps, RAG, AWS, Azure, GCP.
