JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a skilled Senior Architect with 5–10 years of experience in a variety of architectural projects. The ideal candidate should have robust design development and technical documentation skills, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, and the ability to coordinate architectural drawings, consultants, and project deliverables from concept through execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Discuss with Design Leads/ Principals and develop architectural concepts, design proposals, space planning, and detailed design solutions for projects.
- Review and summarise key DCR contraints and parameters for the project before design development is started.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction drawings.
- Work extensively using Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp for modelling, drafting, design development, and presentations using the Adobe Suite programs such as Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Explore 3D visualisation and presentation tools to communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
- Coordinate with interior design teams, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure architectural designs comply with project requirements, applicable building regulations, and technical standards.




- Review drawings and design documentation to maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout project stages.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, coordination discussions, and project reviews.
- Conduct site visits as required to monitor architectural execution, resolve design discrepancies, and ensure alignment with approved drawings.
- Manage project deliverables, drawing revisions, and timelines while coordinating effectively with internal teams.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

Mandatory Software Skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.

EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES

- 5–10 years of relevant experience in architectural design and commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of architectural planning, building systems, construction detailing, and technical documentation.
- Experience in design development, consultant coordination, and construction drawing preparation.
- Ability to interpret design briefs and translate them into practical architectural solutions.
- Strong visualisation, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
