Role Description The Senior Architect will lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring architectural solutions align with client requirements, contextual factors, and Vastu Srajan’s design philosophy. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and detailed design documentation, coordinating with consultants, and guiding junior team members. The role involves overseeing design integration with structural, MEP, and interior systems, conducting site visits, reviewing construction progress, and resolving on-site technical issues.

Architect will collaborate closely with project stakeholders, manage timelines, and support quality control across all project phases. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading medium to large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and schedule and resource management.
- Experience with Integration of architectural design with structural, MEP, and interior systems to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Familiarity with relevant Software Development or software tools related to architectural workflows (e.g., BIM, CAD, visualization software).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; professional licensure or registration is preferred.
- Strong technical detailing, building codes, and construction methodology knowledge, particularly in hospitality and residential sectors.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior team members while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary workplace.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to articulate design intent clearly.
